The service I received from start to finish was simply excellent. Richard managed to obtain a huge extension to an existing building. He took all the responsibility of planning on with great success. He communicates at all times, provides support all the way through the build and is a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use Richard every time I build from now on, I have recommended him to have been equally satisfied with the service they have received.

We asked Richard to come up with designs for a master-suite which was to replace 2 bedrooms and a current en-suite. His design ideas were a mixture of the inspirational and the practical with a grand luxury feel; he also came up with something completely unexpected to deliver a full range of options. We have a complicated project and he took it upon himself to contact the local council and land registry while offering practical advice & guidance. He proved to be outstanding value too!

 We recently used Richard, Niche Architecture, following a recommendation. We bought a very unsightly 1970s run down property and asked Richard to come up with some ideas to run alongside our own thoughts.
